8.30	Pick up from Hotel and then transfer to Phra Pinklao Pier.
9.00	Cruising along Chaophraya River with Long-Tail boat to Thai House.
10.00	Take a short tour around the farm of Thai House.
10.15	Start the cooking lesson in the open-air kitchen with the introduction of Thai Herbs and Spices
10.30	Learn the following dished - Larb Noo (Appetizer): Spicy Thai Pork Salad - Tom Yam Kung (Soup): Hot and Sour Prawn Soup. - Phad Thai (Luncheon Dish): Thai Fried Noodles
12.30	Lunch: get a chance to test your tasty cooking and demonstration dished
13.30	Learn the following dished. - Keang Ka-Ri Kai (Main Dish): Yellow Chicken Curry - Paneang Neua (Main Dish): Coconut Beef Curry
