Booking process

1. Send email to connect2thailand@gmail.com and Please provide these information below
   • Name
   • Travel date
   • Total passenger
     
   • Itinerary
   • Pick up and Drop off location (For airport pick up, please inform your flight number)
     
   • Special requirement (if any)
2. Our staff will reply your email within 1 working day with invoice.
3. Once the itinerary and quotation is agree by the customer, the customer should pay 30% deposit by credit card before the service date.
4. Our staff will inform the driver's information by email 1-2 days before service date.
5. At the end of service, please pay the total balance amount in cash directly to the driver.

We suggest the customer should make their own hotel reservation and airplane ticket before book a car rental service. Please note that our cars are base in Bangkok and the service will be start from Bangkok. If the customer prefer to pick up or drop in other city, there will be an additional charge.
